Nadin Kosedag

Nadin has over six years of real estate investment and advisory experience spanning asset management, portfolio analytics, and joint venture execution.

Most recently, Nadin served as an Assistant Vice President at AEW Capital Management, where she was responsible for overseeing more than $1.5 billion in retail and residential assets across major U.S. markets. In this role, Nadin directed asset-level strategy, including leasing, capital projects, debt refinancings, and business plan execution, partnering closely with portfolio management and joint venture counterparts to drive performance.

Prior to joining AEW, Nadin was an Associate in Economic and Valuation Services at KPMG, where she advised domestic and international
clients on valuation matters, including purchase price allocations
and fair value assessments.

Nadin graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
