Kristy is a seasoned retail leasing executive with more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, specializing in leasing strategy and execution. She has led major redevelopment leasing initiatives and negotiated anchor and national tenant deals across prominent retail destinations.

BIOGRAPHY
Kristy has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience, including her role as Vice President of Leasing at EDENS, a national retail owner-operator.
During her tenure at EDENS, she directed leasing strategy across more than 2.5 million square feet of retail assets throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.
Kristy has led leasing execution on major redevelopments and developments including Cabin John Village, Burtonsville Crossing, Neelsville Village, and Mosaic District, negotiating anchor and national tenant leases that transformed legacy centers into leading community destinations.
Prior to EDENS, Kristy was a Senior Retail Broker at StreetSense and held retail leasing roles at KLNB Retail and Carl M. Freeman Companies.
Kristy holds a B.S. from the University of Maryland and is a member of the ICSC.
