John Youngworth-Wright

John joined 11North Partners from RPT Realty, where he served on the investments team and contributed to more than $2 billion of investment activity across acquisitions, dispositions, development, and strategic transactions. He also played a key role in RPT’s sale to Kimco Realty.

John’s experience spans the full real estate lifecycle, including investments, development, capitalization, portfolio strategy, and dispositions.

Prior to RPT, John worked in investments at Lamar Companies, a private equity real estate investment firm focused on value-add opportunities. At Lamar, John was involved in acquisitions and capital raising across multiple asset types, with a particular focus on retail.

John began his career at Edgewood Properties, where he gained experience across investments, asset management, and the development of Class A multifamily assets.

John holds a B.A. in Business Economics from Providence College and is a CFA Charterholder.
